Planning day!

Tuesday is my short with only one lab. We made fish cakes again, and since I have done this recipe before I am getting more comfortable helping, and with reading the recipe in Norwegian.  This was the same group of students that I had in sports yesterday so they felt comfortable with me.  The night before I saw one of my students at the bank and he helped me figure out how to operate the ATM and door, because of this we had a funny conversation about how I had no idea what I was doing.  My teacher informed me that we were going to try to have me teach Thursday!

This is what a Sami Fishcake looks like.  We served them with bread and carrots.
